Hi can any one tell me the correct crank pully timing mark for a 2007 mps cars running rough as hell and holding back had new vvt and cam chain peg it off at the bottom tdc and used cam plate to lock the cams but the bottom pully seems to be lined up with the 9th tooth every where I have read sure it says the 20th can any one confirm this

Maybe it slipped?
Did you use a full kit, not just vvt and chain, including new friction washers?
