Hi i might be in the market for a 3 mps soon so have signed up to get some info on them, im a volvo man at heart and have always modded my cars.
I just fancy a change, will be looking for 350bhp from a 3 if i get one so any advise would be welcome about getting to this figure.

Hi Mate,

welcome to the forum.

if you search "tuning guide" in the search bar you'll get what your after for each of the 3 MPS models!

basically every one will say HPFP and Mapping with either versatune or a COBB Accessport as your starting point.
