Hi all

New to Mazda, MPS, and your site. Am collecting an 06 6MPS this week and after having been a very active member of other marque sites over the years. I am very aware of the advantage and abundant useful info available I found this site. So a big hello.

Hi all

Thanks for the replies. Don't think a forum car as I'm aware. Local though to South Wales. Just a few things to sort. Rear left brakes are binding and scraping and I've just searched the driver window controls as it only controls the driver door even when lock is off. Thanks all

In regards to windows. Go to each individual window do it down then back up hold up for a couple of seconds you will here a click. This will then work off you drivers control.

Rear brakes sounds like they are on metal. If your not far from bridgend and have no mechanical knowledge pop over i will take a look and change for you if needs be :)

Hopefully not but if it is having owned an alfa gtv for 12 years I know a man who can. Had to have half of the floor and 5 of the 6 sills replaced yes 6 layers of sill on my alfa.

Done the Windows however near side rear has no power do going to check the connection.

Car has been standing for a while so going yo get a service and the rear brakes done then a full look over this week.

With regard to rear window, have you tried the switch on that door? Reason I ask is that, if the battery is disconnected, you lose the ability to open the windows from the drivers switch. You then have to do the holding the switch thing Darren suggested, but from each individual door.

I have also owned an alfa. (156 2.4 JTD 20v) My favourite car to date. Wanted a 156 GTV instead of my mps, butwas concerned it would end up costing me more to run. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
