Hi guys

My real name is craig I'm from guernsey in the channel islands i have just recently bought a black 2010 Mps which is completely standard with 19,000 miles on the clock, the car seems good and really fun to drive hoping to do some mods over time.

Hope everyone is well and good

very quite these days. but there is a few that hang out along the seafront

was looking to to mod this but not very mechanically minded? what mods will be safe and still keep it reliable?

was looking at going as far as possible on standard turbo and internals ?

Welcome to :mpsoc:
Looks like a clean Mk2, listen and read lots on here and you won't go far wrong when modding.

Welcome along! I recommend starting with a short ram intake (sri) and turbo inlet pipe (tip) for some turbospool noise and a little hike in power, then ifyou decide you want to go further you'll need hpfp internals (high pressure fuel pump) and a cobb ap and get justin on here to do you an e-tune then go from there!

thanks for the info

the only thing putting me off modding is the remapping as nobody can do it here. it would be costly coming over to have it done if it is possible to have a map made and sent over it would be so much easier

was looking on total mps and corksport is there anywhere else worth checking out more to the point where to avoid

was looking at

sri
tip
bov
full de cat (no mot over here)
fpi
cobb ap
and a remap (fingers crossed somebody could help with this it gets costly crossing the pond)

There is a lot of expertise on this forum about the Cobb. You will not be alone.
