Assume the worst (20% I think) but hope for the best (0%) when importing.

I'm not sure if you pay import fees on the postage as well as the items.

Import duty and tax for car parts is 4.5% on the value (invoice) of the goods for duty, and 20% on the total value, including shipping costs (but not including the 4.5% duty). if ordering from New Age, Nate will reduce the invoice amount to try and save import costs...

With a big turbo. Do you still use a cobb/versa for a custom tune? Or is it though the ecu anyone please?

All tuning is down me via a Cobb or versatune regardless of how far you take the tuning process

A garage should not have to have the car longer than a day really. Supporting mods that are a must are upgraded HPFP internals, 3port boost control solenoid and a tune at a minimum.
